The primary objective of the Association is to develop innovative strategic initiatives through the constructive involvement of relevant stakeholders in order to promote sustainable development, cross-border social cooperation, and the improvement of the living conditions of disadvantaged groups.
The Association for Innovative Initiatives aims to design and implement strategic, innovative initiatives that effectively contribute to addressing a wide range of social challenges at the local level. Throughout its activities, the Association is guided by the horizontal principles of social inclusion, equal opportunities, and sustainable development.
To promote the labour market and social reintegration of disadvantaged groups, the Association considers it essential to encourage the active participation of those concerned and to foster social investment in human capital.
Among the Association’s key priorities are supporting the green economy, promoting energy efficiency, and encouraging the adoption of environmentally sustainable practices and ecological awareness.
In developing its innovative initiatives, the Association seeks to respond to the complexity of social challenges by drawing on broad professional expertise and ensuring the widest possible involvement of relevant stakeholders. To ensure effective and sustainable implementation, the Association considers intensive and proactive cooperation with both civil society organizations and public sector institutions to be essential.
The Association is committed to knowledge transfer and mutual cooperation with professional organizations at both the national and international levels. Its activities include the preparation of professional publications, the organization of conferences, and the implementation of scientific workshops.
In addition to the above, the Association participates in the announcement and promotion of professional grant programmes, competitions, aid programmes, and charitable events, while also supporting participation in such initiatives.
To support the objectives set out in its Statutes, the Association collects, accepts, and distributes donations, and provides grants, financial assistance, and other forms of support in furtherance of its mission.

Az Egyesület elsődleges célja olyan stratégiai jellegű innovatív kezdeményezések kidolgozása az érintett szereplők konstruktív bevonásával, amelyek elősegítik a fenntartható fejlődést, a határokon átívelő társadalmi kooperációt, a hátrányos helyzetű csoportok helyzetének javítását.
Az Innovatív Kezdeményezések Egyesületének célja olyan stratégiai jellegű innovatív kezdeményezések kidolgozása, amelyek hatékonyan előmozdítják a különböző társadalmi kihívások helyi szintű megoldását.
Az Egyesület tevékenysége során horizontális célként szem előtt tartja a társadalmi befogadás, az esélyegyenlőség, valamint a fenntartható fejlődés értékeit. A hátrányos helyzetű csoportok munkaerő-piaci és társadalmi reintegrációjának előmozdítása érdekében az Egyesület kiemelt fontosságúnak tartja az érintettek aktív részvételének elősegítését, valamint a humán tőkébe történő szociális beruházást. Prioritásaink között szerepel a zöld gazdaság támogatása, az energiahatékonyság elősegítése, az ökológiai szemlélet meghonosodásának előmozdítása. Innovatív kezdeményezéseinket a problémák komplexitásának megfelelően széles szakmai háttérrel, az érintettek minél teljesebb bevonásával kívánjuk kidolgozni. A hatékony és fenntartható megvalósítás érdekében szükségesnek tartjuk az intenzív és pro-aktív kapcsolattartást a civil és az állami szektorral.
Az Egyesület mind hazai, mind nemzetközi szinten törekszik a szakmai szervezetekkel történő tudástranszferre, kölcsönös támogatásra. Tevékenységünk részét képezik szakmai kiadványok készítése, konferenciák szervezése, tudományos workshopok lebonyolítása. A fent említetteken túlmenően az Egyesület részt vesz szakmai pályázatok, versenyek, segélyprogramok, karitatív események meghirdetésében és az azokon való részvétel támogatásában.
Az Egyesület az alapszabályban foglalt céljainak támogatására adományokat gyűjt, fogad és közvetít, valamint az Egyesület juttatásokat, támogatásokat és segélyeket ad.
